Service description

SMC Home Improvement connects homeowners with independently licensed and insured general contractors. We are not a licensed general contractor and do not perform construction work.

No warranty

While we research, vet, and verify contractors in our network, we make no warranty regarding the quality, timeliness, cost, or outcome of any work performed by matched contractors. Any contract entered into between a homeowner and a contractor is solely between those parties.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SMC Home Improvement and Smart Movers Club LLC are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this service or work performed by matched contractors.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the legal owner or authorized representative of the property where work will be performed.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
